Last updated: 10 June 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Cerebrum Software Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 10675272. Our registered office is 62 Datchworth Turn, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4PE, United Kingdom. For anything relating to this policy, contact hello@cerebrumsoftware.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and any phone number, company name or project details you choose to include. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.

We do not use this information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How enquiries are processed

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email using Brevo, a transactional email provider, acting as our data processor. Standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) are kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies (for example, anti-forgery protection on the contact form). We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy and an appropriate consent mechanism will be updated first.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@cerebrumsoftware.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
