What we collect and why

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and any phone number, company name or project details you choose to include. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.

We do not use this information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How enquiries are processed

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email using Brevo, a transactional email provider, acting as our data processor. Standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) are kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and consent

When you first visit, we ask for your cookie preferences. Until you choose, we set only strictly necessary cookies — for example, anti-forgery protection on the contact form — which do not require consent.

With your consent, we also use:

• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• Marketing cookies — to measure and improve the performance of our advertising.

We use Google Consent Mode, so these services load in a consent-aware way and set no non-essential cookies until you allow them. Google acts as our data processor for this analytics and advertising measurement. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

Spam protection

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which helps us tell genuine enquiries from automated spam. To do this, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and interaction data and sends it to Google for analysis. This use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, with Google acting as our processor. We rely on our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
