Cerebrum Software is a UK software development and design studio run by two partners — one builds the systems, the other makes them look right, read right and reach the right people.
Who we are
Cerebrum Software Limited has been building bespoke business software since 2017. Today it's a two-partner studio covering the full journey of a digital product: architecture, code, data and cloud on one side; design, content, brand and marketing on the other. The same small team takes a system from first conversation to production — and then makes sure it converts, reads well and gets found.
We've delivered multi-tenant SaaS platforms, AI-powered applications, CRM and workflow systems, e-commerce platforms and a long list of third-party integrations. We also build and operate our own product, reppy.ai — which keeps our advice grounded in the realities of running software commercially, not just shipping it.
What makes us different
Most projects fail in the gaps between suppliers — the developer blames the designer, the designer blames the agency, the copy never arrives. We removed the gaps:
- Architect-level system design paired with hands-on delivery — the person designing it is the person building it
- Design that ships as working front-end code, not mock-ups thrown over a wall

The partners
Simon
Twenty-plus years designing and building business software on the Microsoft stack — .NET, SQL Server and Azure — from desktop CRMs to multi-tenant SaaS and production AI systems. Career domain depth in UK company formations, secretarial and AML compliance, and luxury watch retail. Takes systems from concept to production and stays for day two.
Jasmine
A rare hybrid: designer, copywriter, marketer and front-end developer. Started in content and copywriting, then taught herself the code — HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Razor — so her designs ship as working pages. Runs paid social and Google Ads campaigns, manages social channels, and brings sector experience across luxury retail, healthcare and wellness practices, and fashion.
How we engage
We deliberately stay small and senior. You talk directly to the people doing the work, scope honestly, and get software that's documented and handover-ready rather than dependent on us forever. Engagements range from architecture reviews, website builds and brand work to full product builds and long-term development and marketing partnerships.
